The folkloric paintings below date back to the early 20th century
Middle East which were exhibited in the Baghdad Museum (Amanat
Al Asimah.) They are representations of secular, religious, and
cultural life in the city of Baghdad. This beautiful and ancient
city, located in the heart of Iraq on the Tigris river, was for
many centuries a cultural and artistic center for all people
of the Middle East and abroad.
